Returns and Refunds

What Would Hazel Do (WWHD) handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We recommend that you exercise care when making a purchase, as the following conditions apply –

  • We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  • Once delivery has occurred, refunds or replacements will only be provided for goods that are proven to be faulty or do not match their original description.
  • You must notify WWHD immediately if you intend to return goods purchased stating the reason for the return.  Notice of returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • Items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging, together with evidence of purchase and payment (invoice and/or receipt).
  • Refunds or replacements are at management’s discretion and will only be for the value of the goods (excludes original and return shipping and handling charges).
  • Refunds will be applied promptly to the same credit card used for the original purchase transaction.
  • All returns are to be addressed to PO Box 6766 Charnwood, ACT, 2615.
